Trench Standards: Bury at a depth of 1.0m-1.2m to protect the cable from agricultural activities and heavy vehicle surface pressure.

Bedding Preparation: Lay 10cm of sand or fine soil at the trench bottom before installation to prevent sharp rocks from piercing the outer PE jacket.

Tension Management: Use the central strength member for pulling; ensure the double armor layers are not subjected to excessive localized stress.

Bending Radius: Maintain a minimum bending radius of 20x the cable’s outer diameter during laying to avoid damaging the PSP and APL armor layers.
